TERMS OF CONTRACT
Upon placing an order with frogbros.com we will send you an email to confirm the order was placed. The order does not form a contract until we agree to supply the goods. Upon despatch we will send a confirmation email to the email address supplied.
LOSS DAMAGE OR NONE DELIVERED ITEMS
Items posted will be posted to the address given by the customer, frogbros.com cannot be held responsible for incorrect details given to us. Please ensure the delivery service (usually ROYAL MAIL) have not tried to deliver before contacting frogbros.com. Any claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 4 days of receiving the order and be made by post, email or telephone.
TIMETABLE OF DELIVERY
Most orders will be processed within 72 hours and the delivery timetable in most cases should see the goods with you within 5 days. Our online stock lists, although kept up to date daily are only a guide to show that we do offer to sell the goods, there will inevitably be times that items shown as in-stock will actually be out of stock, in this case please allow up to two calendar weeks for re-stocking. If this is the case frogbros.com will email the buyer to communicate this is the case. If you need the goods by a certain date please communicate this to us at the time the order is placed and we will do our very best to meet the deadline.
FROG BROS COMICS AND BOOKS and frogbros.com comply with all data protection laws and guidelines and will never disclose buyer information to any third parties now or in the future.
For damaged or faulty goods frogbros.com are happy to offer a returns policy and will reimburse any funds paid including postage, every care is taken to ensure the goods are in excellent condition but sometimes we appreciate this may not be the case. If damaged or faulty goods are received please in the first instance communicate this through email, post in writing or over the telephone, we may request the goods returned to us again frogbros.com will reimburse any return postage costs. We also offer a 7 day customer satisfaction return policy for non-faulty goods where we can exchange for other items of the same price or refund funds, this excludes the cost of posting the exchanged item and the postage of the returned item(s).
